Analysis Lead

Responsibilities

Historic defense innovation team is hiring a senior Analysis Lead to fearlessly shepherd multiple C5ISR technology solutions from garage to government. Must be passionate about growing the C5ISR innovation ecosystem by identifying and helping onboard new innovators and companies with innovative solutions. Must be motivated by working at the leading edge of the technology frontier and working together with a team to get advanced capabilities into the hands of warfighters faster. 

  

Leads a team of data analysts to reduce data ambiguity, identify trends, and create shared understanding across both industry and government. Works with modeling and simulation and other leads to ensure models provide needed data at the required fidelity to ensure meaningful conclusions. Evaluates user perfomance and workloads, anomolies/root causes, and system effectives to inform future capabilities and requirements. 

  

Provides expertise in requirements gathering, design, coordination, testing and support of customer reporting and analytic needs. Assists Program Manager in the development of project plans. Collaborates with business process owners, technical staff and project manager to leverage the use of data and data strategies across a full spectrum of business/operational needs. May lead the execution of feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency and technical viability of solutions to business problems. Provides necessary data elements and business knowledge to support the design and development of data models. May lead the integration efforts for merging platforms with enterprise systems and applications. Employs data warehouse analysis and design experience, with knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data modeling.
