What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Services Manager position at Peraton?
Peraton is seeking a Field Services Manager to join our team!
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily operation of deskside (onsite) support to include field support.
- Attend meetings as determined by the COR Provide supervision of all deskside support personnel.
- Serves as an escalated response to all IT issues and requests for technical support and assistance and escalates and routes issues to appropriate staff or management as necessary.
- Ensures all issues are appropriately addressed, documented, and swiftly resolved.
Required:
- Bachelors 10 years’ experience in the IT industry and experience in a desktop support services team with at least 7 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Shall possess A certification and/or MCSE certifications in Active Directory and/or Exchange services preferred.
- Shall have experience in the IT industry and experience in a desktop support services team.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Salary Minimum: $72,500
Salary Mid: $145,000
Salary Maximum: $181,300
