Responsibilities
Lead Digital Systems Engineer
Senior-level Digital Systems Engineer shall assist the Government in ensuring Sensor Acquisition Programs are included in the planning, designing, defining, developing, documenting, and baselining of the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture (GEA), inclusive of business, data, network, security, solutions-level sub-architectures and interfaces between systems, to ensure enterprise systems work together in an integrated fashion to deliver mission capabilities and solutions.
Duties include:
- Leads and performs systems engineering activities to build and maintain digital models of services, components, systems, and subsystems to link requirement and design artifacts to solution and enterprise level architectures using MBSE methodologies and tools.
- Collects and applies algorithms and statistical methods to obtain answers from various data sources and normalize it to assists Government Program Office in assessing, documenting, and tracking engineering requirements, user stories, and features used to inform government and contractor teams about systems engineering and integration development activities.
- Improves overall process in data management, collection, dashboard design, and entire product life cycle for defined development and implementation activities.
- Develops, designs, and maintains Tableau dashboards and analytics to prepare reports.
- Actively manages the performance and usability of Tableau to get desired result.

Skills and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or in a related technical or scientific fields such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or related equivalent additional systems engineering experience of 4 years with no degree and 2 years with a non-STEM degree.
- 12 years of experience working in government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, PPBES Process or systems engineering of large complex System of Systems or Service Oriented Architecture environments residing in cloud, on premise, or hybrid infrastructures.
- Experience with and understanding of systems engineering lifecycle.
- Senior level experience in helping organizations make data-driven decisions by providing real-time insights into business operations performance indicators and other metrics.
- 5-7 years of experience in developing and managing dashboards and reports in Tableau.
- 5-7 years of data architecture, data modeling, data mapping, data analysis, and data visualization.
- Certifications in Tableau and other Business Intelligence tools e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Manta etc.
- Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering, processes, tools, and languages, e.g., CAMEO and Jira.
- Demonstrated experience applying and implementing Agile methodologies, e.g., SAFe Agile.
Desired:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.
- SAFe Agile certification.
- Cameo certification.
- Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work experience.

Target Salary Range
