Responsibilities
- Lead distributed teams across operational environments.
- Identify and research technologies to address capability gaps for emerging cyber threats, attack methods and evolving tactics, tactics and techniques.
- Conduct engineering design and development to create technical capabilities that offer Cyber solutions.
- Recommend Company investments in cybersecurity capabilities to provide big data analytics and development of integrated cybersecurity solutions.
- Manage tasks/project facilitation and interfacing regularly with senior government officials.
- Manage a large-scale software development
- Manage information technology operations that encompass agile/iterative development, integration, and systems analysis in diverse operating environments.
- Develop new and innovate solutions for customer integration and enhancement.
- Develop, validate, prioritize, and track cybersecurity technology requirements.
- Communicate new requirements or systems deficiencies via papers, meetings, gap analyses, and troubleshooting/ diagnostic efforts.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 20 years related technical experience required.
- An active Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI is required
- Experience leading an organization of 300-500 Full-Time-Equivalents (FTEs).
- PMP Certification required.
- CISSP Certification required.
- Agile SAFe Certification required.
- Demonstrated operational experience in cyber security with understanding of cybersecurity operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid understanding of software development and testing methodologies, as well as software security engineering
- Experience managing tasks and interfacing regularly with senior government officials
- Experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships in all levels of the organization
- Experience with the management and execution of large-scale software development and sustainment effort(s)
- Experience with the management and execution of large-scale organizational change
- Technical aptitude and the management of Information Technology operations that encompass agile/iterative development, integration, and systems analysis in diverse operating environments
- Experience leading a minimum of two large-scale cybersecurity and/or Agile SAFe software development projects. Demonstrated program management experience in large Federal Government information technology environments.
- Possess strong oral and written communications skills, present/represent the customer’s positions in conferences, working groups, and planning sessions
