Position Description: Provide training on supported applications. Update the training based on changes to the applications and/or host environment, including a description of how the changes will affect the user. Provide all training materials in support of train-the-trainer activities for instructors at external training provider organizations. Provide classroom/virtual training using standardized classroom and virtual training at the government facilities located in the Washington D.C. metro area and regional locations where the application users reside as required. Provide Computer Based Training (CBT) for each application user in remote areas and as refresher training as required. Update CBT for each major software release and/or evaluate the CBT on an annual basis (at a minimum) to determine currency to the applicable application and usage. Provide training materials that are detailed enough to be used by Tier 1 support personnel in troubleshooting the application.
Requires 2 to 5 years with BS/BA or 0 to 2 years with MS/MA/MBA or 8 to 10 years with no degree.
Required
- Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study, with 2 or more years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience creating and presenting application training, both in classroom and virtual training settings.
- Experience creating and maintaining train-the-trainer materials.
- Experience creating and maintaining Computer Based Training (CBT) for applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with users and other trainers.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
- Experience with one or more DIA mission application, or alternately, experience working with application users to learn their processes and workflow to integrate into training.
- Active TS/SCI and able to pass poly

- Experience with providing training for DIA mission applications.
- Experience with one or more Intelligence Discipline (HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, SIGINT)

Colorado Salary Minimum: $44,512.00
Colorado Salary Maximum:$95,160.00
