We are looking for a talented Chief of Staff, who will work closely with the CEO and executive team to develop, implement, and manage strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a highly organized and proactive leader with a deep understanding of the tech industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic plan, aligning with the long-term goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic initiatives.
Chief of Staff Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on key decisions.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across the executive team and board members.
- Manage the agenda, priorities, and follow-up actions for executive meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning and execution of critical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
- Implement best practices and processes for project management and strategic planning.
Operational Efficiency:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial projections for strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking
- 3 years of experience in leading Operations/ Strategy roles in High tech start-up companies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of leading successful strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, as well as an MBA or advanced degree, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
