Responsibilities and Duties
Resolve a wide range of work orders and maintenance-related issues
Work closely with a small team of maintenance techs
Provide a high level of service and support to tenants
Qualifications and Skills
1 year of residential or building maintenance experience
Previous HVAC experience or HVAC certification
Active driver's license and access to a vehicle
Available for a full-time schedule
Ability to perform housing-related maintenance tasks
