Performance Food Group's shared financial service has a new dynamic role that will lead and oversee multiple accounts payable teams that are responsible for full cycle accounts payable at one of America’s largest publicly held companies. Functional responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring KPI’s and effectively coaching team members to succeed in a growth mindset
- Ensuring effective team trainings and communication
- Identifying areas of improvement
- Applying best practices with a ‘roll up the sleeves’ mentality
- Driving a quality mindset to deliver the best results for our internal and external customers
- Effectively prioritizing work and improvement in one’s own responsibilities and that of manager’s teams
- Working well cross functionally within the larger accounts payable team and the organization as a whole
- Effectively utilizing existing KPI’s and building of ad hoc reporting to drive success in a high-volume environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
7 years experience. Accounts Payable experience with a highly automated environment. Knowledge, expertise or significant exposure to a major ERP application (i.e., SAP, Oracle, Lawson, PeopleSoft, etc.) Supervisory experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
