Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce CPQ implementation.
- Configure and customize the Salesforce CPQ platform to support pricing, quoting, and contracting processes.
- Develop and maintain CPQ rules, pricing models, and product configurations in Salesforce CPQ. Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate pricing and discounting strategies are implemented in the CPQ system. Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems, such as CRM and ERP, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the CPQ solution meets functional and performance requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Salesforce CPQ-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CPQ features and industry best practices and recommend enhancements or process improvements.
- Document system configurations, customizations, and user guidelines for future reference. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator or Engineer, implementing and managing Salesforce CPQ solutions. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ platform, including configuration, customization, and pricing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM integration and data migration.
- Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and contracting processes.
- Proficient in Salesforce administration and customization, including workflows, validation rules, and data management. Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce CPQ certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are preferred.
Salary : $80 - $100
