Title: Data Coordinator
Summary:
PerkinElmer is looking for a detail orientated, analytically minded professional to join its Data Integrity team. This position is part of the OneSource Asset Management team supporting lifecycle management of laboratory equipment for a large biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapeutics.
Duties include updating equipment records, running reports, and identifying and correcting discrepancies within the database. This integral role has a direct impact on the delivery of business analytics and supports PerkinElmer and the client in decision making, cost savings, and operational efficiency objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative asset entries (AAEs) within Maximo system to ensure team meets account deliverables
- Drive both MAC (move, add, change) and AAE processes to ensure data is concurrent in both systems
- Run periodic reports out of the customer’s and PerkinElmer databases to support the OneSource program
- Support identification and correction of data discrepancies and inconsistencies as per OneSource and the customer’s standardization tables
- Support broader OneSource innovation initiatives to optimize service delivery and reduce cost
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of administrative and customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Maximo and SAP data systems a plus
