- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure production aligns with customer expectations.
- Act as the primary design contact from concept through completion.
- Collaborate on the engineering and design of die-cast tools and components.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues using various inspection tools and equipment.
- Design and revise 3D models to support production and meet customer specifications.
- Be proficient in CAD/NX software or similar applications, with a willingness to learn.
- Have the ability to read blueprints and measure 3D models.
- Possess strong communication skills, able to present technical details effectively.
- Have experience with customer support and maintaining client relationships.
