The salary range for this role, based in New York is $103,200 to $154,800, range will vary if outside of this location. Read on… Position Summary Deliver elevated sales performance across PRUSA’s luxury spirts and champagne portfolios through a disciplined sales process and dedicated approach within a designated Prestige account universe. Uphold clear lines of communication with PRUSA General Market and Distributor personnel by taking lead role in strategic account management ensuring alignment on tactics, resources and approach to winning point of purchase (at-POP) opportunities. Orchestrate programming at key Prestige accounts facilitating brand-building activities designed to maximize consideration, trial and purchase. Leverage activations within key accounts to maximize consumer engagement and build brand equity. Build enduring relations with top operators and key stakeholders to improve availability, visibility and velocity positions for our PRUSA portfolio. The primary focus of this role is Metro New York (Manhattan & Brooklyn) – incumbent is responsible for the sales of PRUSA’s full spirit and champagne portfolios. Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities Market Execution Elevate PRUSA’s Prestige market share and growth across targeted commercial segments: Deliver first-class sales execution in support of the Prestige core range, beating the competition in the L3F and dominating share of market within their key account universe. Achieve Total Net-Net Sales & Prestige SKU growth targets Achieve Targeted Availability (Point of Distribution) KPI’s across focus SKU’s Achieve Targeted Visibility & Velocity (Back Bar, Cocktail Menu, Features) KPI’s Maintain high-level of interaction and collaboration with Senior Customer Development Manager and local field sales teams. Lead (QB Role) communication with all relevant parties to maintain focus on strategic commercial partnerships. Customer Engagement Establish powerful partnerships designed to maximize value creation for the Prestige portfolio: Execute in-depth product/brand trainings with key decision makers. Recruit and retain trade advocates as gatekeepers of our luxury brands. Increase ROI on A&P and trade investments to drive better value realization Leverage multi-brand co-activation programs to drive growth Distributor Engagement Work with Senior leadership on monthly cadence to enhance forecasting on priority SKU’s, mitigate OOS’s and increase S&OP effectiveness. Maintain clear lines of communication to ensure alignment on tactics, resources and approach to winning the L3F (at POP). Coordinate selling efforts with core distributor team in Prestige account universe Manage day-to-day performance thru internal KPI trackers and local market data. Prestige HQ Leadership Engagement Work-with Prestige HQ team to cultivate relationships with key top Prestige operator’s/decision makers Architect and implement partnership agreements aligned on achieving Prestige KPI expectations. Align all relevant PR resources to achieve primary vendor status. Business Administration Fiscally responsible for proper administration of A&P budget to achieve NNS targets. Update Fiscal Year Budget Tracker monthly Manage T&E responsibly and effectively while remaining within budget for FY Nature & Scope Position works directly with Senior Customer Development Manager and Senior Manage, Prestige East & West on Prestige brands, as well as other key sales, Prestige sales and marketing staff within the company and is recognized for the mastery of all aspects of sales management, long and short range business planning, motivation, and team building. Communication will include high-level contacts within and outside the company, and position has accountability for critical levels of company resources, including maintenance of distribution channels, and observance of sales management policies and activities. Incumbent plans activities for areas of responsibility on both a long-term and short-term basis, including strategic growth plans and hosting Pernod Ricard leadership when in market. Decisions will impact the entire organization, and errors may cause critical delays, inefficiencies, and expense to the organization. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience / Background Requires a minimum of 5-7 years’ general work experience; over 5 years of sales experience required; distribution and finance experience a plus. Spirits experience is desired. Relationships with New York iconic accounts is a plus. Working Conditions Work is performed in a typical office environment, with limited demands for movement and lifting. Normal visual acuity required for correspondence and computer terminal usage. Must have valid NY driver's license.
