Description
Assists in management of real estate property by performing duties as assigned and working with team members. Assists Facility Management in accordance with construction commitments and policies and procedures of the facility. Responsibilities include; maintenance and repair, planning and completing work of engineering, construction and vendor/contractors; addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED TO WORK SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY AS PART OF WORK WEEK. ALSO NIGHT SHIFTS WHEN REQUIRED FOR EVENING EVENTS.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

Maintains superior client and customer service practices.

Monitors and Maintain all building systems.

Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on all building equipment.

Performs the operational aspects of the property in a manner, which protects, maintains and improves the value of the Museum’s assets.

Performs operations practices in compliance with company standards, as well as City, State and federal safety and environmental laws, codes, standards and regulations.

Reporting of preventive maintenance and inventories to Facilities manager and Lead Engineer.

Assists in Managing third-party vendor contracted services as required.

OSHA Compliance.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years Building Maintenance experience preferred.

Universal Refrigerant Management Certificate preferred.
-
Professional license or certification of S.M.T or S.M.A. is desired but not required.

Superior people management skills.

Superior client relationship management skills.

Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints.
-
Ability to Multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
-
Proficiency with Excel; Word is preferred.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
-
Must be optimally protected from COVID-19 by being vaccinated and up to date with a booster dose.
MATHMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
