Personal Care Assistant ( PCA ) (Choice) / ILS or CILS / Homemaking

I am looking for a PCA/Homemaker/ILS or IHS worker to assist me in the home as well as in the community. The PCA/Homemaker/ILS worker will have different hours; PCA is 8.75, homemaker is 6, and ILS is 6. I am looking for someone who maintains confidentiality and follows HIPPA standards. I prefer someone who is certified and has experience in the field. PCA choice, does pay more and may offer more benefits than some vendors. I am looking for someone who would be able to accompany me to some of my appointments, to help to organize and downsize my apartment (filing skills would be a plus), assisting with social outlet discovery and attendance, as well as personal cares as applicable. It would be best if you have a basic understanding and interest in medical care/needs. ((Also homemaking and PCA choice, also has union benefits.. should be a plus for those interested in working for me thu this vendor, which I will provide contact info, during the, interview.))

For PCA hours I am looking for someone to fill morning hours 2-3x per week would be optimal

For homemaking, the hours are more flexible, but I am hoping to get the 6 hours that I qualify for; duties would be clean and organizing and downsizing when needed, etc.. (ideally would be willing to drive and/or assist to/from appointments and information, and errands also ..) (some of this could be similar to ILS needs and services, so if interested in this ILS supports may be something else to apply for, thanks))

For ILS hours I am looking for someone who would be willing to attend appointments with me and will be more focused on the social outlet/networking piece. These hours would be more flexible. (Other duties could be organizing and downsizing and sorting, etc . And helping to stay on track with paperwork could be either a ILS task or homemaking task)

***Social activities would be primarily local

***vaccination for COVID-19 preferred and transparency about possible exposures, and other ailments, is an absolute must; in part for tracing but more because of persons or people I may be around, that may be vulnerable to such illness...
