Job Posting for Personal Chef at Personal Chef

Looking for an experienced, reliable, and professional Personal Chef, with a minimum of 5 years fine dining background, to prepare 5-10 course dinners for guests in rental homes, locally, etc. Regional and seasonal menus, commercial kitchen space, and equipment. Plenty of room for creative freedom. Hours are flexible and tips are great. Not a position for new chefs. This is top notch, no hand holding work.

The ideal candidate MUST have the following:

  • At least 5 years of Fine Dining, Private Chef, Executive Chef experience
  • Knowledgeable of the classic cuisines and food styles
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL
  • Capable of adjusting menus specific to client’s dietary restriction and allergies
  • Outgoing but professional to develop a warm and trusting relationship with clients
  • Comfortable working in other people’s kitchen
  • Produce and maintain the highest food quality and operating procedures
  • Calm while undertaking various tasks
  • Open to all feedback and improvements
  • Able to cook a 5-course meal for up to 12 guests without assistance
  • Culinary degree or certificate preferred but not required; extensive kitchen knowledge/experience
  • Responsible for all shopping and restocking
  • Reliable transportation
  • MUST BE PUNCTUAL and NEAT IN APPEARANCE

Vaccinated and/or Boosted applicants preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
