We have an opening for a scheduling manager in our production office who will interact with our customers and their insurance companies.
This position requires a person who is mature, reliable, self-motivated, a quick-learner, professional and is able to work with clients and vendors on the phone and in person.
There is a substantial amount of initial software training for this position, so it is imperative that the ideal candidate has excellent computer skills. We also require excellent telephone, communication and organizational skills.
Our office is a busy, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate should be able to work quickly and feel comfortable multi-tasking.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to get along with coworkers and serve his or her role in meeting company objectives.
