What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laser operator position at Personnel Resources?
Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Laser Operator . Pay will be $14.00 per hour and you will work Monday-Thursday 8pm-6am.
Responsibilities :
- Set up, maintain, and operate laser
- Perform typical laser cutting and welding operations
- Select proper cutting and welding programs, and proper fixtures
- Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point
- Make proper set-ups for cutting and welding operations
- Perform all dimensional inspections
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
- May work at different workstations as production needs require
Qualifications :
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
