Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Internal Customer Service:
- Listen and advise on employment issues
- Maintain and promote company mission, vision, & values; promote company culture
Managerial Duties:
- Assist managers in discipline/corrective actions
- Full-life cycle recruiting: screening & interviewing
- Onboard all employees
- Conduct salary market studies
- Customer service training
- Pull reports to assist in management decisions
- Attend manager meetings
- Payroll back-up
- Monitor and evaluate compensation and benefit packages
- Keep up-to-date on all HR issues that may affect the company
- Other duties as assigned
Technology
- Maintain HRIS updates
- Train employees on HRIS systems
- Work with ADP to set up new modules
- Research and promote enrichment for all employees
Requirements:
- College degree in Human Resources Management or related management field
- 5-7 years of HR experience
- Travel 25-30%.
- Love of all pets
