Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
The eCommerce Representative develops and maintains positive business partnerships, and works collaboratively company-wide in an effort to provide an unmatched customer experience to our eCommerce Accounts. The eCommerce Representative maximizes efficiencies to best serve the needs of our eCommerce Accounts.
Job Functions:
- Communicate daily with accounts, vendors, and PFX Team to process orders and requests in an accurate and efficient manner
- Maintain customer forecasts and collaborate with Purchasing to ensure fulfillment of orders in accordance with set timelines
- Provide support for the Snr. eComm Rep during down time
- Leverage technology and process improvement to add value to Pet Food Experts & retailers
- Collaborate company wide to ensure the highest level of service for eCommerce customers
- Provide support for EDI transactional customers and vendors
- Support fulfillment retailers, as necessary
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Superior customer service focus with the ability to develop and maintain account relationships
- Professional telephone, email and interpersonal etiquette
- Demonstrated ability to achieve responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Positive team player who enjoys working within a target-driven environment
- Excellent planning, multitasking and organizational skills, even under pressure
- Solid computer skills, Google Suite preferred, Google sheets, and Excel a must
- Education - High School Education or equivalent required, college degree a plus
- Prior experience with basic EDI knowledge, a plus
