Leader is responsible for store operation and supervision of the staff (safety, efficiencies, performance). He or she will perform all duties necessary to maintain the store operation. He or she provides strong and consistent leadership to cultivate and maintain a harmonious, collaborative, and highly productive work culture.

【Store Hours】 Monday – Saturday 10:00am to 7:00pm, Sunday 10am-5pm

【Store Holidays】 New Year, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

【Job Description】

· In charge and responsible for the store operation, reporting to Store Manager/General Manager

· Direct, motivate, evaluate, schedule, and coach employees

· Maintain excellent customer service

· Monitor and maintain pet inventory/health, store supplies, equipment’s, and merchandise

· Answer phones and maintain communication as requested.

· Performs other duties as requested.

【Salary】 Hourly Rate between $13 and $16 depending on his/her background, experience.
