Job Responsibilities :
- Completing online training in the designated timeframe
- Communicate effectively with team members and grooming coach and Paragon mentor
- Working with dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Participating in daily / monthly salon cleanings and maintenance
Qualifications :
- No experience necessary
- Excellent time management skills
- Work a flexible schedule with some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

We provide curbside pickup, delivery / autoship services as well as self-service dog washes and full-service grooming salons.
