Petal Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking an overachiever Admissions. We are a trusted provider of both medical & skilled health care services and have been given top facility mentions in our region. We have a well known establishment in the city and we need your boost of enthusiasm to ensure our name stays abroad. You would be responsible for building referral source relationships in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and senior-service related organization within the community. To build and grow census and quality mix by developing the market, working with acute care and other referral sources and providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance to choosing the nursing center. Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.

  • Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding census goals.
  • Must have excellent telephone skills and follow-up skills with prospective clients and key influence center personnel
  • Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution ability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum of one-year experience in the home health industry developing and managing a marketing strategist
  • Liaison with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources
  • Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including direct mail, print ads, networking and marketing events, and develop new methods of marketing
  • Confer with management on all matters of concern involving marketing, revenue, business and client relations
  • · Maintain image of the Petal Hill brand in a professional, courteous and client-driven philosophy in all business interactions
  • Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution ability Understand local industry trends to represent and differentiate the company and its services in the market.
  • Accurately generate required reports and documentation of marketing activity including weekly schedule, marketing action plan, activity log, etc., within designated time frame.

This professional will be responsible for developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with the professional community, who are in a position to refer potential clients to the company; through maintaining and developing new marketing methods; and, through conducting and closing client assessments.
