Route Delivery Driver

Delivery Route Driver needed in our Middlebury, Vermont Location

Overview:
Responsible for delivering new and retreaded tires to customers as well as picking up casings for retreading.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver new and retread tires to customer locations
• Pickup casings and return them to store location for retreading
• Load and unload truck
• Process paperwork and ensure all pickup and deliveries have the proper paperwork

Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
A CDL is NOT required but must be able to pass a physical and drug screen to acquire a necessary medical card

Requirements:

• Some moderate to heavy lifting of tires is required
• Language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in writing, oral or diagram form.
• Computer skills: Basic computer skills; training will be provided as needed.
