Warehouse Manager

Petroleum Services Group, Inc. (PSG) is a Petroleum Service and Construction company with established accounts across Georgia and Florida. PSG is looking for a full time Warehouse Manager to work out of our Waycross, GA office.

Warehouse Manager Essential Functions:

• Managing inventory through our software, keeping inventory levels within minimum/maximum parameters
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of cost data base by entering and backing up data for inventory
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and vendors
• Verifying inventory is secure and security procedures are followed to prevent loss and fraud
• Managing product pulling process ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Controlling cost of materials purchased. Making and implementing recommendations to reduce overall costs
• Analyze costs and terms, negotiating terms and conditions and issuing purchase orders
• Controlling the supplier selection and ensuring on time delivery and quality of goods and services purchased
• Establishing and monitoring supplier delivery schedules
• Maintaining optimum materials that ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements
• Providing monthly inventory reconciliation reports to management to ensure physical and book inventory are consistent
• Manage inventory on company fleet and warehouse
• Overseeing and evaluating stock rotation procedures
• Ensuring inventory items are labelled correctly
• Participating in weekly construction meetings and providing inventory status and delivery information to Estimator
• Optimizing freight routing and associated costs

Position Requirements:

· Excellent internal and external communication skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to communicate with our customer’s over the phone to identify their needs and respond in a timely manner

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

· Ability to lift 75 –100 lbs when necessary during the course of performing their necessary duties

· Work under time constraints efficiently and have the ability to work well with others

· Operate a forklift

Job Type: Full-time salaried position (range $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 depending on experience.) In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer: Health & Dental Insurance, 401k and paid Vacation
