Exempt position -Manager will have 24/7 operational responsibilities.

1. Evaluates processes, services, and talent within the area of oversight, identifying areas for improvement as opportunities for success:
a. Takes action. Uses information and research to take calculated risks while monitoring changes and making modifications as necessary
2. Guides staff through change by providing clear communication and utilizing change management strategies.
3. Uses financial, departmental, and external resources to create innovation and efficiencies.
4. Responds to and resolves patient complaints.
5. Builds effective relationships with others while inspiring them to perform at their best each day while providing honest, real-time feedback:
a. Builds common ground by actively engaging in and seeking out conversations of a sensitive nature
b. Meets rounding standards set forth by PHC
c. Models the ProHealth Care Experience and holds all accountable for exhibiting the PHC Behavior Expectations at all times
d. Provides HR leadership to direct reports through effective hiring, comprehensive department orientation, training, mentoring and coaching
6. Identifies knowledge gaps and develops employees by providing training opportunities and leveraging their strengths.
7. Formulates forecasts that support the division’s financial goal, and monitors daily, weekly, and monthly performance. Ensures that effective plans are in place to meet targets.
8. Manages clinic revenue and expense management, team member and provider engagement, clinical quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. Makes course correction when needed.
9. Provides analysis of scorecard and other appropriate data to physicians and team members.
10. Identifies opportunities for improvement to deliver highest quality, clinical, and service outcomes.
11. Assure compliance with requirements of all Federal & State regulatory agencies.
The Manager position provides day to day operational leadership of services within ProHealth Medical Group (PHMG). This leader is responsible for supporting staff in their assigned area to ensure patient care is at the forefront of everything we do. As a visionary of the area, this leader will develop innovative ideas to help PHMG continue to provide top notch services to our patients and create efficiencies to benefit the organization. This Leader will identify, develop, and support performance metrics that align with ProHealth Medical Group strategies and goals. This leader will help grow and develop their staff while inspiring them to give every patient and every employee the best experience.
What You Will Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
Experience in a medical group practice or physicians office needed at this time.
