What You Will Achieve
You will be part of Pfizer's manufacturing division and support production, business, and other processes in a team-based environment. You will provide documentation and technical administrative support to the production to review and ensure documents and records are following Good Documentation Practice (GMP) and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring line personnel on all shifts are in compliance with cGMP’s, standard operating procedures and work order procedures.
Your prior work experience and ability to apply your breadth of knowledge will help you adapt the standard methods and procedures. You will help us identify required delivery and process improvements that drive increased efficiency, throughput and quality. You will arrive at decisions on which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations.

How You Will Achieve It
- Manage own time, professional development, and be accountable for own results.
- Prioritize own workflow and assist in prioritizing the workflow of less-experienced colleagues.
- Provide input on equipment installation, start-up, operation and troubleshooting to support introduction of new products into sustaining operations.
- Responsible for completion of tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures and batch records.
- Use Lean Tools as part of daily operations to optimize efficiency and drive the culture of Continuous Improvement and Zero Defects.
- Assist in maintaining a safety orientated Culture, {Current} Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP} compliant work environment at all times.
- Assist where necessary with the training of colleagues in Standard Operating Procedures, process execution and equipment operation.
- Assist with the investigation of and operations deviations through Quality System, engaging with all relevant personnel and functions as appropriate.
- Implement short term process corrective actions and performance improvements.
- Seek opportunities for Continuous Improvement and embrace Pfizer's culture to own and drive any activities associated with delivering these improvements.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of experience
- Certification in assigned area, if applicable
- Experience executing operations in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures, Batch Record and Manufacturing Controls Systems is essential
- Experience with principles and operations of continuous centrifugation, microfiltration, ultra-filtration, cell disruption, membrane filtration
- Experience with use of Lean Tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation, attention to detail, documentation skills, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently, and as a member of a self directed shift team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and initiative
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in a start-up environment
