WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
As Pfizer CentreOne Global Brand and Marketing Campaigns Director you will join the organization at an exciting time as we continuously seek to refine and expand our global offering (capabilities and capacities), industry leading speed and quality to help our clients to get their breakthroughs from development to patients fast.
Reporting into the Head of Global Marketing and Communications, you will play a critical role in further establishing Pfizer CentreOne as an 'altogether different kind of CDMO'.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
Contribute, shape, and refine the development and execution of the global marketing strategy for Pfizer CentreOne, its branding and world-class customer experience - own strategic thought leadership and marketing plan.
Develop and lead targeted brand campaigns, new product launches and bold moves initiatives.
Own the Pfizer CentreOne brand and campaigns calendar.
Work with Business Development and Account Management teams to implement account-based marketing and lead-nurturing programs to key prospects and existing customers with targeted content.
Collaborate with internal / external partners and the agency of record to develop sales enablement material to help Pfizer CentreOne customer-facing colleagues to create an altogether different customer experience in their conversation with prospects and customers.
Develop content to help feed leads and close deals.
Set up a content library and work with the agency of record for the effective use of content and atomization.
Track, measure, share and own reporting on brand, key campaigns and thought leadership programs and support marketing budget planning and monitoring.
Develop deep market knowledge and customer insights. Liaise and align with other Pfizer CentreOne functions and internal / external business partners to develop strategies to meet or exceed short and long-term Pfizer CentreOne business objectives, identify areas to excel them and have substantial impact on the organization.
Act as sounding board for the Leadership team and ambassador within Pfizer.
Take advantage of the knowledge and expertise within the organization, identify and involve talents to co-create and implement marketing strategies and tactics.
Lead cross-functional teams and working groups that implement the strategic direction and activities / campaigns in diverse culture/global settings.

Have a deep understanding of the Pfizer CentreOne offerings and processes (e.g. project oversight and governance, proposal generation, contract generation)
QUALIFICATIONS
10 years of experience in pharmaceutical / marketing leadership / B2B marketing
Global / international marketing and customer partnership experience.
Preferred experience: contract manufacturing / understanding of manufacturing processes
Track record in content creation
Leadership of strategic, global customer campaigns
Ability to navigate a global organization and create alignment and networking of cross-functional colleagues in a diverse culture setting across all levels
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to act as influencer, clearly articulate expectations, capabilities, and action plans in a complex and fluid environment
Strong strategic thinking using knowledge to contribute to effective business strategies and tactics
Ability to roll up sleeves and get things done
Track record of high performance, driving team engagement and producing outstanding results
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Business, Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related science discipline; MBA, Masters or advanced degree preferred.
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

For roles based in New York City: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,900.00 to $251,400.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
