As an educator with Phalen Leadership Academies (PLA) you are considered a guardian to our scholars. Therefore, as one of our Teachers, you must establish an exemplary classroom culture that balances high expectations with love and support. You will also build trust and community in your classroom via clear and timely communication with both your scholars and families.

LOCATION OPTIONS: E.D. Nixon Elementary School Grades: Special Education
EDUCATION:
- A valid teaching license OR
- B.S. and is enrolled in an approved licensing program OR
- Qualify for an emergency certification
