Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Vice President of Mission systems. MUST have active Top Secret security clearance with the United States Government.
Role Objectives
- Must have previous experience in the government contracting sector with director or higher previous experience.
- Lead the Mission Systems division to grow in existing and new customers.
- Manage staffing including recruiting and retention
Responsibilities
- Manage existing contracts.
- Manage staffing and retention.
- Search for new opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction with employee performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Director or higher position in another government contractor
- Previous experience as a program manager or higher on a government contract requiring a clearance.
- Active Top Secret clearance required. Must be willing to undergo Polygraph examination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $200,000.00 per year
