Technical Document Specialist - Contract - Fort Worth, TX

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Technical Document Specialist. This is a contract position located in Fort Worth, TX.

Primary Responsibilities

This role focuses on the operational duties involved in the management of archived records, including processing, sorting, classifying, and coding records into storage locations and applications. The successful candidate will also support business users with the retrieval of archived records and maintain logs and indexes for accurate retrieval.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
  

The Technical Document Specialist Will

• Process incoming records and information into record management systems according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Confirm data in the Records Management applications and verify the completeness of records.
• Protect archival records by monitoring environmental controls and following established procedures to control access.
• Audit records for internal Records Management compliance.
