Job Description:
The Sales Manager position is responsible for the acquisition, growth and retention of clients and revenue via the management of a sales team. P3MC is looking for a Sales Manager in our Nashville, Tennessee office to play a critical role in developing and managing a team of hungry yet collaborative sales professionals eager to meet and exceed goals. You will act as a subject matter expert for the team on our integrated services, to apply financial and business acumen to producing sales forecasts, setting productivity benchmarks, and contributing to a sales strategy which results you will be accountable for. You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring top-tier sales talent and maintaining performance through coaching the team in up selling and generating new sales. Your role as a Sales Manager is to manage the day-to-day tasks and goals and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of communication and operational customer service through your team. The Sales Manager fulfills a vital role handling different kinds of scenarios that arise in the day-to-day, and ultimately drives the sales team to develop further. Once an opportunity has been identified, the Sales Manager's job is to lead his/her team to act on it through proper analysis, planning, and execution. This position will report directly to Holly Quinn, SVP of Sales.
