CFO
$200k - $300k Bonus
(Position located in Roslyn, NY)
Prestigious Commercial Lending conglomerate (Position located in Roslyn, Nassau County) now seeks entrepreneur with 8 years (CPA a plus) hands on and management skills handling entire financial, corporate accounting, reporting (GAAP), expense management, cash/treasury functions as well as all strategic aspects of expanding organization. (Must have prior lending/banking industry experience.) (Any understanding of real estate investor/lending a plus.) Responsible for investor relationships and coordinate interest payments and investor reporting. Must have hands on financial management expertise overseeing budget, revenue and sales analysis, forecasting, accounting/corporate reporting, FP&A as well as entire efficiencies performance/functions. Responsible for production of financial statements and ability to work with both outside and bank auditors. Act as strategic business partner to senior executive leadership team. Report directly to CEO as well as board members with wide responsibility of entire financial operation as well as policies and procedures and the coordination of business initiatives. Coordinate all human resources, employee benefits, payroll as well as 401K. Assess and evaluate financial performance and infrastructure of the organization. Ability to improve efficiencies as well as internal controls. Analyze expenses throughout the firm and ability to interface with technology team. Prepare reports for board of director meetings. Act as solutions and troubleshooting/efficiency expert. Responsible for financial modeling to analyze financial position and results. Review and manage new internal systems and controls, operations, processes and financial procedures to ensure the integrity of financial information and reporting. Evaluate and manage all business risks and compliance. Ability to analyze P&L and cost saving initiatives. Manage payroll for entire firm. Responsible for overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable as well as billing. Must have strong communication, presentation, writing and multitasking skills. Coordinate annual audit and tax returns with outside CPA firm. Microsoft Suite. QuickBooks a must.
