- Work Hours: 8am-5pm
- Total Hours Day: 8hr day ( 1hr nonpaid lunch )
- 4 years practical experience performing Level 2 technical support
- 4 years practical experience working in various corporate settings
- 4 years practical experience working in projects such as operating systems and hardware deployments
- Training/Certification Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical certifications
- Medium/High English
- Microsoft Office365 experience
- Excellent soft skills - communicate clearly, well organize and professional
- Ability to work with various type of users standard employees, management, and VIP.
- Able to work in a team collaboratively and follow directions accordingly.
- Knowledgeable on Windows 7/8/10 operating systems
