Job Summary:
This Paralegal - NSA works as part of a dedicated group preparing arbitration filings under the Federal No Surprises Act (NSA) and performing related tasks to support our NSA Legal Team. This position requires excellent writing skills and a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Draft and proofread NSA arbitration filings.
- Conduct thorough reviews / quality checks of arbitration packets prepared by others.
- Collaborate with the NSA Legal Team to identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential risks in arbitration filings, as well as ways to improve them.
- Review and organize documents and exhibits for arbitration filings.
- Utilize the Company's project management platform for all NSA-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and case files.
- Communicate effectively with team members, internal clients, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the NSA Legal Team.

The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree; Paralegal certification
- Experience in legal role, with a focus on document preparation / review, quality control, or compliance.

- Familiarity with medical terminology, the Federal No Surprises Act, arbitration processes, and/or HIPPA regulations is a plus.
