Job Description
Patient Services Supervisor (Rosemont, IL)
The Patient Services Supervisor will oversee and support a team of 12-15 direct reports in a 24 / 7 / 365 call center which services patients / customers with wearable heart monitors for the ECG Solutions business.
Your role :
Supervise Patient Services employees (scheduling / performance management), monitor daily floor performance, identify operation improvements, and assist with interviewing / onboarding / offboarding employees.
Develop, mentor, and coach employees and support implementation and enforcement of policies, processes, and procedures.
Work collaboratively with internal and external customers to ensure team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
You will work within the Patient Services department monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring the staff delivers a high level of quality / customer service in a team-oriented environment.
You will work Monday-Friday 2 : 00pm-10 : 30pm CST including a weekend / holiday rotation.
You're the right fit if :
You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).
You’ve acquired 1 years as a Patient Services Inbound Sr. Specialist or 2 years’ experience in a leadership role in a high-volume call center environment with direct reports.
Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, a strong technical aptitude and computer skills, ability to adapt to change, and if you have experience with strategic planning even better.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re an energetic people leader, team player, excellent communicator, thrive in a high-volume fast paced environment, can be flexible, a good listener with a high level of patience.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $54,390 to $93,240 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
