Job Description
In this role you will respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries to coordinate third party service requests, in providing systematic updates for quality assurance.
Your role : Processing complaints and requests via telephone calls, email, and fax correspondence. As well as facilitating problem resolution, providing information on our products and services and demonstrating our commitment to customer service by following up on customer issues to ensure superior results.
Examine trends and initiate improvements in and inquiry satisfaction, looping in leadership where required.Identify, research, and solve non-standard problems through a solid understanding of our business, products, processes, and procedures.
Your skills include the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.You have an associate degree in a business discipline or equivalent work experience (bachelor’s degree preferred).
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You’re able to effectively resolve conflict while handling disputes and are able to find mutually beneficial solutions and will take a detail-oriented approach to accurately process return and repair requests.
