Position Summary: The Product Pricing Analyst enters, maintains, purges, audits, and communicates pricing as it relates to products and customers that are handled and distributed to by the company. Additionally, the Product Pricing Analyst will deliver analyses that support profit opportunity identification and price target development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Enters, maintains, and purges product pricing and costs as it relates to markups, tiered pricing, standard or purchasing costs, etc.
Enters, maintains, and purges product pricing for special pricing scenarios as it relates to customers, trade shows, promotions, etc.
Processes and communicates manufacturer price changes
Enters, maintains, and purges account contracts and pricing
Produces price lists and quotes for customers and Account Managers
Enters, maintains, and purges vendor promotions, discounts and list prices
Institutes and maintains audit procedures in order to assure accurate and high-quality pricing data
Communicates changes to key points of contact within and outside of the company as it relates to product and customer pricing
Researches cost variations between system generated pricing and vendor expected pricing and implements solution
Produces price lists and quotes for customers and vendors
Perform miscellaneous analyses as requested as it relates to product pricing
Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Four years professional office experience strongly preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
AS400 experience desired
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent communication skills
