What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at Pho Kim Long?
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender/server to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory, supplies and all service areas
- Perform cleaning side work as assigned
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items (dishes, bus tubs, etc)
- Cleans and presets tables for new guests in accordance with the company standards
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
