Phoenix Cyber is looking for a remote Capture Manager with a Cybersecurity background to support our Sales team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities to include, but not be limited to: growing the business, understanding customer requirements, building and managing pursuit teams, and collaborating with technical and operations teams to deliver value to customers
Redefine and refocus capture management by developing new capture processes and/or modifying existing processes.
Lead development and implementation of large deal capture plans (win strategy, timeline, and backlog), ensuring it is maintained, up to date, and properly reported
Act as Capture Manager for the opportunity capture team - setting objectives and grooming the backlog of tasks to ensure timely completion
Lead partnering / teaming strategy and engagement with the team throughout the capture and proposal lifecycles in collaboration with Business Development and Business Units
Develop and supervise proposal writing to deliver compliant and winning proposal responses
Manage and develop the writing of all volumes. Guiding teams through directed assignments, structured solution sessions, and focused reviews.
Maintain compliance with RFP requirements by development of compliance matrices, and coordinate throughout the Red Team review process
Co-manage proposal content library
Author assistance in strategy and writing direction in the form of detailed mock-up outlines identifying needed tables, processes, suggested graphics, and additional writing guidance
Assist in development of themes, discriminators, and identifying customer hot buttons
Develop compliant writing outlines for all volumes including weaving in all applicable instructions, evaluation criteria, PWS elements, and personalized author direction
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years, 10 preferred, of managing the capture process resulting in winning contracts
Familiarity with Federal Contracting Regulations
Strong background in Cybersecurity. Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR) experience is an added bonus.
Strong proposal development skills with expertise in writing / reviewing
Experience in multi-tasking and successfully managing multiple proposal responses at one time
Small business experience is preferred.
