Yardnique is seeking a dedicated and experienced Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team in Raliegh, NC. This full-time, year-round position offers the opportunity to lead a committed crew responsible for commercial and high-end residential landscape/irrigation installations. As a Crew Leader, you will have the chance to showcase your supervisory skills and landscaping expertise in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Responsibilities
- Lead an installation crew of 2 to 6 team members.
- Execute the installation of plantings, hardscapes, irrigation, and other landscaping projects.
- Safely load and unload heavy equipment and planting materials from trucks/trailers.
- Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment/materials daily to perform tasks.
- Complete required daily field reports, timesheets, and scheduling on Aspire.
- Follow up on projects & tasks with the supervisor.
- Enforce all safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain professional on-site communications with team members, clients, contractors, and/or subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Commercial landscape experience.
- Knowledge and experience working with irrigation systems and installing two wire systems.
- Possession of a valid SC Driver’s License.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
