What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman/Laborer position at Phoenix Maintenance Solutions?
We are a growing HOA Service Company in the East Valley hiring Maintenance Technicians. Wide range of skillsets acceptable. Looking for candidates with some hands on experience in almost any trade. We offer a wide range of services so routes are built around the strengths of the technician. We are looking for candidates that will be able to drive a company truck so clean or minimal driving infractions. A 39 month MVR will be required. This is a full time positions with some OT possible. 6am Start Time M-F with at least 40hrs/week. Most work will be outside so must be able to work in the AZ Climate. Workers will report to our shop in Gilbert & drive/ride in company owned vehicles to jobsites. Wage can be discussed during interview and will be based on experience. These are Entry and Mid Level Position so please keep that in mind.
