Position Summary:
Performs clerical duties associated with credentialing and re-credentialing providers nationwide. Data Entry accurately and efficiently enters the provider data in different platforms in a timely manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes provider application and re-applications.
- Including mailing, review and data entry into our “system”
- Aids in the maintenance of validation of application information and updating
- Verifies completed paperwork from providers for accuracy and completeness
- Updates portal, gathers information for providers
- Receives and responds to correspondences.
- Answers basic credentialing questions
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Zero to two years’ experience of Data Entry
- Current CPR Certification
- Credentialing/Payor Relations, preferred.
