Duties
- Supervise field staff and oversee staff performance.
- Perform performance evaluations and address performance issues.
- Partner with Roofing Project Manager to ensure customer expectations and project milestones are met.
- Visit job sites daily and be responsible for job outcomes, productivity and overall project performance.
- Interface directly with customers at project sites to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve/prevent project issues.
- Conduct safety meetings on a regular basis, inspect equipment to ensure safety standards are met and maintains SDS.
- Track and monitor project progress and communicate status regularly with management. • Train all employees on roofing procedures and best practices.
- Implement improved roofing processes to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization • Maintain fleet vehicles and monitor usage.
- Perform inspections of completed jobs to ensure quality standards are met.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,358.00 - $95,347.00 per year
