Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter within the People and Culture Department (HR) dedicated to crafting memorable experiences. This individual will be responsible for driving the full cycle recruiting process in a sports and entertainment environment maintaining job postings, sourcing initiatives, screening of candidates, and extending offers in collaboration with hiring partners. The person selected for this role will provide a professional level of human resource support to all staff and candidates.

This position has a variable schedule based on Arena needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate. When work is required on evenings, or weekends this position can flex to take other days off during the week Local travel may be required for work related events, some overnight travel may be required for training (This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible about of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met Position is predominately computer based, requiring the use of a computer monitor Must be able to carry a conversation both on the phone and in person Ability to read, write & speak in English

What You Will Do
- Lead full cycle recruiting process that supports the recruiting strategy and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop and implement staffing plans and activities to identify qualified candidates, by conducting phone screens, assessing candidate video interviews, recommending candidates to hiring managers and scheduling in-person interviews.
- Compose job postings and enter requisitions within the UKG Pro Recruiting applicant tracking system.
- Contribute innovative sourcing recommendations to increase the quantity, quality, and diversity of the representative candidate pool.
- Attend job fairs, recruitment, and other promotional events both onsite and at partner locations.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure offers of employment are in alignment line with policies and compensation practices.
- Draft and deliver accurate offer letters.
- Deliver a positive and efficient candidate experience by demonstrating effective interpersonal skills and providing candidates with accurate and complete information.
- Implement SLP’s Policies and Procedures and Employment Laws.
- Assist with other special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with current staffing trends and best practices for the candidate selection process including a knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures as well as legal recruiting requirements.
- Strong recruiting, relationship management & time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment including the ability to get along with all levels of management, staff, clients and vendors comfortably and effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- A minimum of 2 - 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, human resources experience or a combination of both
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
