Job Description:
The desired sales professional will lead our sales and marketing efforts. The candidate must be dynamic and able to farrow out new leads and prospects thru persistent outreach and strategic networking.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Capture, understand and analyze specific customer issues and translate them into a rewarding vision and solution.
- Ability to develop into the leader of the sales organization and implement an overall sales strategy.
- Use discipline for tracking sales metrics using a CRM software and participate in weekly sales pulses.
- Reach out and interact with Indirect Sourcing Managers, Engineering and Business Leaders.
- Author and produce competitive sales tools in the form of presentations, proposals briefs, E-marketing, etc.
- This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of Phoenix products and solutions.
- "Pound pavement" to grab coffee, lunch & learns, or drinks to introduce the company to In-direct Sourcing Markets.
Desired Skills and Qualities:
- Established network of various business sectors or proven strategies to connect with various Fortune 500 customers for new opportunities.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of Contingent Workforces solutions (contract assignments, purchased services, domestic outsourcing, etc.).
- Proven Track record of being able to bring in and penetrate new untapped markets.
- Results driven, strategic thinker proficient in problem solving with analytical skills.
- Proven ability to take ownership, readiness and a willingness to implement new ideas and concepts, and effectively execute business development strategies.
- A strong hunter mentality and who is comfortable doing cold calls/prospecting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in sales of contingent workforce and domestic outsourcing.
