Marketing Specialist

PICA Manufacturing Solutions, an organization of electronic interconnect experts with extensive experience in flex assemblies, global manufacturing, materials, engineering, and technology development is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to develop and manage marketing strategies and programs.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a background in technology or electronics, who lives and breathes digital marketing strategy, execution, and optimization practices and is always up to date on the latest news and trends.

Directly reports to: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own the analysis, management, and execution of strategy for digital programs across all of PICA Manufacturing’s channels to identify improvements
• Continuously optimize marketing’s conversion path and rates overall to drive marketing-qualified leads for sales
• Develop and maintain an email marketing calendar for PICA Manufacturing, aligned with existing and new sales and marketing goals
• Report analytics and performance tracking for paid search and email marketing campaigns, tracking relevant KPI’s, while offering improvement suggestions on a regular basis
• Maintain and create best practices for ongoing A/B testing, list segmentation, naming conventions, scoring, and relevant completion actions and goals
• Plan, research, manage, and implement content for the PICA Manufacturing website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns that drives engagement
• As a critical member of the team, provide input for all marketing-related projects
• Collaborate and create strong cross-functional relationships with other teams and peers to foster learning and leverage knowledge
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as tradeshow preparation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience (working or education/internship experience)
• BS or BA in marketing, business, communications, engineering, or a related field, or commensurate commercial experience with demonstrated success in the requirements outlined prior
• Advanced knowledge Google Analytics and Google Ads (certifications a plus)
• Solid knowledge SEO, SEM, and paid search strategies
• Experience working with email marketing platforms
• Working knowledge of HTML for website and email updates
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices, development, and execution
• Strong experience writing long-form and short-form content for blogs
• Top-notch professional written and verbal communication skills (technical writing a strong plus
• Detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities daily
• Excessively curious, motivated, and creative
• Always open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
