What are the responsibilities and job description for the Closing CSR / Service Desk Clerk position at Pick n Save - Kroger?
Looking for evening shifts for 4pm-10pm. Must have availability during weekends.
Customer service representatives oversee front end operations during their shifts.
Help the cashiers with questions or pricing issues directly at the registers along with liquor scans for minor cashiers.
Cover the customer service desk to assist with lottery, money orders, money transfers, returns, price adjustments and everyday questions.
Handling money- in charge of doing pickups on cashier registers and depositing money into the safe.
Oversee front end cashier and bagger breaks and keep track of when they are done for the day.
Keeping lines down at the registers and cashiering and bagging as needed to ensure our customers are in and our in a timely manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.25 - $14.80 per hour
