SHIFT MANAGER
Under the direction of store leaders, the Shift Lead is responsible for the successful execution of the Pie Five experience through serving the guest in a team member capacity, while also assuming a supervisory role of directing team members and leading the operation in the absence of store management.
Compensation:
Base Compensation
- $14 - $18 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
- One year of restaurant or customer service experience
- One year of prior supervisory experience
- Effectively communicate with guests and other employees
- Listen attentively to guests, supervisors, and employees
- Work with a strong sense of urgency
- Understand and perform within local food-handling laws
- Understand and perform Pie Five standards and expectations
- Act in a professional manner that promotes a safe work environment
- Focus and perform with a high level of energy
- Must be able to maintain a friendly and outgoing demeanor throughout the entire shift
Essential Job Functions
- Direct team members and delegate responsibilities
- Perform register closeouts and prepare bank deposits
- Resolve guest concerns and service breakdowns
- Open and/or close store, including the execution of related responsibilities like cleaning, cash handling, food prep, and employee management
- Perform other related duties, as assigned by company management
- Effectively communicate with guests and other employees
- Listen attentively to guests, supervisors, and employees
- Actively engage the guest throughout their experience
- Organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and work with a sense of urgency
- Understand and perform local food-handling laws
- Understand and perform Pie Five standards and expectations
- Act in a professional manner that promotes a safe work environment
- Cross-train in all positions, and successfully perform all station functions as with a guest
- Focus and perform with a high level of energy
- Consistently maintain a friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Must have basic math skills and have the ability to handle money efficiently and accurately, with or without a calculator or POS system
