A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HORSESHOE BARBACK:
Our club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a full-time casual restaurant barback. You provide outstanding customer service to our members and their guests. Friendly and welcoming, you provide immediate attention to all upon greeting. You quickly set up and bus bar area. Having a great eye for details, you also crumb chairs and other equipment, as required.
You are careful to keep your area and bar clean, stocked and organized. You promptly refill drinks and clear away dirty dishes. Taking pride in your service areas, you are conscientious about adhering to health codes and cleaning procedures as well as completing side work. You enjoy having our beautiful grounds and facilities as a backdrop for your work and get great satisfaction out of helping our members and their guests have a great dining experience!
WORK SCHEDULE:
This full-time serving position requires working variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
- 18 years of age (to serve alcohol)
- Attended some High School
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Some comparable barback, busser or wait-service experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and push, pull or lift up to 30 lbs.
Experience in a country club environment or other hospitality-type work experiences are highly desirable, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
