What we do:
As leaders, our General Managers know how to provide a dynamic one-of-a-kind guest experience, increase
profitability, champion their teams, hire top talent and:
* Exhibit solid leadership by delivering operational excellence while upholding Pieology Pizzeria Core Values
* Optimize and grow profits by building sales and controlling costs, labor, and production
* Partner with our Marketing team to execute local marketing campaigns and the roll out of promotions and new menu
items
* Manage a high energy team of Shift Leaders and Team Members
* Increase profitability through implementation of procedures designed to reduce costs and increase
productivity
* Build an amazing culture by creating trust within their team by recognizing a job well done and providing meaningful
feedback
* Demonstrate understanding of all Pieology Pizzeria policies, procedures, brand standards and guidelines
* Proactively manage guest requests and concerns
* Monitor and control inventory and COGS
Qualifications and Skills
Who we look for:
* Individuals with a Passion for People, Food and Service
* 2 years of experience as a General or Assistant Manager in a full service, fast casual, or fast-food restaurant
* Proven track record of building high performance teams
* Ability to effectively delegate responsibility
* Excellent guest service skills, and ability to communicate effectively
* Financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, and P & L management
* Open availability to support all hours of business operation
* Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license

Education: High School or Equivalent
License/Certification:
* Driver's License
* Food Manager Certification (preferred)
ADA Statement:
* Kitchen workspace is restricted & without seating while on duty. It is usually hot and noisy!
* Walking, bending, twisting reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving objects that weigh up to 50 pounds
* Storage is limited and often shelving is high up
* At peak periods, managers may be under pressure to prepare food quickly enough to keep up with customer demand
* On-the-line communication and job rotation
* Short-term exposure to cooler and walk in freezer to pull food items as well as lifting containers from high shelves using ladders.
* Equipment Used: Oven, Mixer, Dough Press, misc. food preparation equipment, cleaning products
